ECHOLS FOUNDATION is a Revocable Trust 503(c). This foundation is essentially an outreach program/Resource Center servicing problematic low poverty areas in the twin cities communities.
We are dedicated to empowering individuals and families through comprehensive resources, education, and community engagement. Our vision is to create sustainable pathways out of poverty while promoting dignity, self-sufficiency, and hope.
This website will eventually incorporate independent Living Skills programs to further support our community members in achieving financial stability and personal growth.
